Case studies

Each one leads with the result and states what is known about how that result was measured. One is published. A second was supplied and is held, and the reason it is held is on this page.

01 Published

Published case studies.

Every figure on these pages is attributed, and where a baseline or a date is still outstanding the study says so on its own page rather than omitting it.

02 Held

One study supplied, and not published.

It is a real engagement. The figures it arrived with are not usable, and saying why is more useful to a sceptical reader than quietly leaving it out.

Transforming the in-store experience for a regional retail brand

A regional retail brand with 25+ locations in Jeddah and Riyadh

A regional retail chain with 25+ locations faced inconsistent in-store service, weak customer interactions, and varied merchandising execution.

Blocking · 02

The profile gives this study the same three metrics as case study 1 — 22% service consistency, 18% customer satisfaction, 32% fewer complaints. Two different engagements cannot honestly carry three identical figures. Held until the client supplies this study's real metrics, its baseline and its engagement period. Open question 2.

What is needed before it can be published:

  • The real result figures for this engagement
  • The baseline each figure moved from, with the date
  • The engagement period
  • Whether the client may be named or must stay anonymised
03 Intake

Case study intake

One form per case study. Everything marked required is needed before the study can be published; anything you cannot supply, say so and we will either work around it or leave the study unpublished rather than fill the gap ourselves.

Or the anonymised form you will approve, for example "a leading Qatari retail bank".

Services used required
Markets covered required

Programme design, wave count, locations, scorecard structure.

A result without a baseline and a date is not a result.

Same scorecard, same locations, same method? Say what changed between the two measurements if anything did.

An unattributed quotation is not evidence. If it cannot be attributed, leave it out.
