Register
Complete the registration form with your city, languages and availability. There is no fee to join, and there never will be — anyone asking you to pay to become a mystery shopper is running a scam.
Verification
We confirm your details and your eligibility to work on assignments. This normally takes a few working days.
Assignment offer
Assignments are offered by city and by profile match. You choose whether to accept; there is no obligation and declining does not affect future offers.
Briefing
Every assignment comes with a written brief: the scenario, the criteria you will be scored against, what evidence to collect, and the deadline.
Visit and report
You complete the visit and submit the report within the stated window, usually 24 hours. Reports submitted late may not be accepted.
Review and payment
Your report is reviewed against the brief. Once accepted, payment is processed on the terms stated in the assignment — typically 30 to 40 days from acceptance.
Three things a legitimate assignment never asks you to do.
You are never asked to pay anything to register, to receive assignments, or to be paid. No legitimate mystery shopping company charges a shopper a fee.
You are never asked to buy goods with your own money beyond a stated reimbursable amount that is confirmed in the assignment brief before you accept it.
You are never asked to cash a cheque, receive a transfer and forward part of it, or handle money for a third party. That is the mechanic of every mystery shopping scam we see reported.
