Become a mystery shopper

You visit a business as an ordinary customer, notice specific things, and write up what happened. It is paid work, it is flexible, and it is not a way to get free shopping.

Before you start

We will never ask you for money.

There is no registration fee, training fee or certification fee. There never will be. Any mystery shopping company that asks a shopper to pay is not one.

We will never send you a cheque or a transfer and ask you to forward part of it. That is the mechanic of every mystery shopping scam we see reported, and the original payment always reverses.

We will never ask you to evaluate a money transfer service by sending money.

Assignments are offered by WhatsApp as well as email.

No experience is fine. Every new shopper completes a written assessment before their first paid assignment.

Every field below is optional and every one offers “prefer not to say”. We ask because some assignments need a specific customer profile — a programme measuring a ladies' salon needs a shopper who would plausibly be a client. Nothing here affects whether you are accepted onto the panel.

We do not ask for marital status or whether you have children. The previous version of this form required both, and we could not identify an operational reason for either.

Free to join. You choose which assignments to accept and declining does not affect future offers.
