We have not invented a team. The previous site named no human being across fifty pages, and replacing that with fabricated names would be a worse failure than the one it fixes.
Photographs should be a consistent crop — 4:5 portrait, same eye line, same background treatment — because a team grid where every photograph was taken somewhere different is the most common way this section undoes the trust it was meant to build.
