This document has not been written. It is referenced from forms across the site and did not exist on the previous version either — the client registration page promised “our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” and linked to nothing.
The structure below is the skeleton a lawyer should fill. We have deliberately not drafted binding legal text: doing so would be worse than the gap it fills.
1. Who we are
Legal entity name, registration number, registered address, and the contact point for data questions.
2. What data we collect
Enumerated by source: website forms, client contracts, shopper registration, job applications, and analytics.
3. Why we collect it
A stated lawful basis per purpose.
4. How long we keep it
A retention period per category. This is the section most often left vague and the one that matters most operationally.
5. Who we share it with
Processors and sub-processors by name, including ShopMetrics, and any transfer outside Qatar.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection, with the mechanism for each and a response window.
7. Cookies
Cross-reference to the cookie policy rather than a duplicate list.
8. Changes to this policy
How changes are notified.
9. How to contact us
A named contact or role, not a generic inbox.
