We are a research firm, not a sales floor with a research department attached. The work is measurement, and it only holds up if the people doing it are willing to report what they found rather than what the client hoped for.
The finding is the product
Nobody here is asked to soften a report. When a client challenges a finding, it goes back through review against the evidence — and if the evidence does not support it, it is withdrawn. That is the arrangement, and it applies regardless of the size of the account.
Bilingual by default, not by exception
Arabic and English are both working languages. Scorecards, questionnaires, training materials and client reporting are produced in both, and neither is a translation of the other done at the end.
Small enough to see the whole job
You will scope, design, run and report rather than owning one stage of somebody else's process. That is more demanding and it is the reason people stay.
