F&B & Consumer Brands

Track brand execution, in-store experience, and consumer engagement.

Two different jobs sit in this sector and they need different instruments. A restaurant is evaluated as a service encounter; a consumer brand inside somebody else's store is evaluated as execution — was the product there, priced right, in the right place, and did anyone recommend it. Running one scorecard across both is the most common way an F&B programme produces data nobody uses.

01 What we evaluate

8 criteria, written for this sector.

Observable by an evaluator, coachable by a manager, and agreed with you before fieldwork. A criterion nobody can act on is a column in a spreadsheet, not a finding.

Time to greeting, to order, and to food or product in hand
Order accuracy against what was asked for, including modifications
Product and menu knowledge under a genuine question
Allergen and ingredient information available and correct on request
Hygiene and handling observable at the point of preparation
Availability and out-of-stock rate on the lines that matter
Price and promotion at shelf matching the price at the till
Share of shelf, facings and secondary siting against the agreement
02 In depth

The pages that carry this sector in full.

Each has its own scorecard, its own scenarios and its own alt text, and each keeps the URL it has ranked on.

05 / Enquire

Three fields.

Tell us what a good visit looks like in your business and we will tell you whether it is measurable.

Or build a full brief — it takes about two minutes and gets you a more useful answer.
