What do you need measured?
Three short steps. We ask what you want first and who you are last, because that is the order the questions actually matter in.
We read the brief and come back with either a scoping call or a straight answer that this is not work we should take. Roughly one enquiry in six gets the second reply, usually because the question would be better answered by something other than a mystery shopping programme.
If it goes forward, the scoping conversation settles what the programme is meant to answer, what the reporting units are and what evidence a shopper can lawfully collect in your environment. Only then does a price mean anything — a quote produced before those three are settled is a guess with a number attached.
